iHAT - interactive Hierarchical Aggregation Table

 

iHAT was initially developed, to analyze GWAS data. It supports the import and analysis of nucleic acid sequences (DNA), amino acid sequences (proteins) and eQTL data.

iHAT can be downloaded as executable Jar-file (latest Version from 03.05.2012):   iHAT.jar
iHAT config file:   iHAT.cfg
